Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Your models stay online until the end of the month you paid for, then they go offline. Subscribe again and they come back.

How do I send a model to a customer?

Every item has its own link and QR code, and your library has one link to everything. Send them by WhatsApp or email, or print the QR code.

What if the model comes out wrong?

Shoot again and rebuild, up to 3 times per item, included. If it still cannot be built from your photos, write to us: we either fix it by hand or it stops counting toward your plan.

What if I need more models?

Move to a larger plan from your dashboard. For more than 25, email us for a quote.

Can I replace a model?

Yes. Delete it and its slot is free for a new one. Its link and QR code stop working. You can create up to three times your plan's models in a month.

Do customers need an app?

No. The link opens in the phone browser. iPhone uses Apple's viewer, Android uses Google's. On a computer the item rotates in 3D without a camera.

Can I put it on my Shopify / Wix page?

Yes. Every ready item has a copy-paste button ("See it in your space") and an iframe snippet in the dashboard.
