What if it does not work?
If the greeting cannot be created or the link does not work, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
Do they need an app?
No. The link opens in the phone browser. AR depends on the phone; a regular video version is always included.
How long is it available?
One year from the moment the greeting is ready. The exact date is shown on the result screen and in My Greetings. Download the video to your device before then; it stays yours afterwards. The camera-based AR view works only through the active link.
